Welcome to Sandhill Road Technologies Fund. We are a private equity fund and technology platform based out of Miami, Florida with deep roots in Silicon Valley.

Our business model is simple.

We give accredited retail investors access to institutional private equity, so you can buy the same companies large institutions buy, years before they go public.

Some of the companies we have access to include Open AI SpaceX, Neuralink, X AI, and Stripe among others.

When we started our technology platform, we saw a large disconnect between the way investing works now compared to 10 or 15 years ago.

Large companies have access to capital privately.

Therefore...

...they’re able to stay private longer

...making it even more difficult to invest in his large names you hear about daily on the news or read about online .

We decided to bridge that gap between accredited, retail and private equity.

Our business model is simple.

We don’t give you any financial advice.

We actually encourage your financial advisor to be involved in your due diligence process every step of the way.

We’re not a broker dealer and don’t offer fractional shares, forward contracts, or any type of bunched products.

We simply give you access to direct shares through our fund structure.

You have an ownership interest in the fund.

The fund owns the shares.

Once the company goes public, we deliver those shares to your broker dealer of choice.

That’s it.

Plain and simple.

You become a member by completing your onboarding call, get your docs, schedules, and SEC filings sent over.

Then just fund your investment.

You could even use qualified IRA and 401(k) funds through our partner, the Entrust group, who holds more than $5 billion in assets.

To become a member, enter your name and email on our form.

Our AI will send you a Calendar link, and helpful due diligence material for you to review prior to your onboarding call.

Feel free to invite your financial advisor to join the call.
